Mailgun setup -- 2

We are using mailgun service to send out mails from our web application. Our problem is, that every time a email is sent it ends up in the spam folder (junk mail). We want that the email ends up in the users inbox instead.
Please bid, if you have experience with mailgun service and spam traps.
