Inbox management - help me clean and organize and create a system for managing emails

Looking for an experienced video editor freelancer to edit videos on an ongoing basis.
Looking to only work with a freelancer. No agencies, please.I want to get started ASAP.

We will screen share and check each email 1 by 1.

You will bring in advance a system so that my inbox never piles up again.

You will create a formal process I can take and pass to a full-time employee after the project is complete.

I have a gmail.com inbox.

We have about 2,500 emails right now. Each email has an action item.

You must be very detailed with great communication skills.
