Inbox Management & Data Entry
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I run everything through Gmail and need someone who can confidently jump into that environment, keep it tidy, and ensure no message goes unanswered. You’ll be handling a steady flow of emails each day, sorting them by project / client so I can spot what matters at a glance. When a quick reply is all that’s required, draft it for me; when something needs deeper attention, flag it and file the thread in the right folder.
At the same time, I’ll rely on you to take product-detail updates from shared forms or spreadsheets and enter them into our existing database with total accuracy. Consistency matters—names, SKUs, and specs must match across every system we use.
I appreciate proactive communication: a short daily recap of what’s been processed, any questions, and any small workflow tweaks you think would speed us up or reduce errors.
Deliverables
• Inbox in Gmail organised by project / client with priorities clearly flagged
• Product detail logs entered error-free by the agreed deadlines, reflected in our system and ready for reporting
If you’ve already balanced inbox triage and precise data entry without needing constant supervision—and you can start this week—tell me briefly how you’d tackle day one and where you’ve added similar value in the past.
