We are looking for an expert in email deliverability and domain reputation management to help us improve our domain IP reputation. We have been using Zoho Campaigns for our email marketing efforts for over 7 months, and until January 13th, our open rates were consistently high. However, after sending multiple follow-up emails to unopened recipients and experiencing a small number of bounces, our open rates have significantly dropped.
