Help in setting up Gmail account after change in hosting service

Need help setting up my email @ my domain to work with Gmail. I need someone to show me how to do this by following along as I access Gmail settings on shared screen. My email was working fine until I switched hosting services. Now I need to set it up to work properly after that change.
