Gmail Organization Expert Needed

As someone who is constantly juggling multiple tasks, I am in need of an expert in Gmail organization and management to help streamline my current system. I have two separate Gmail accounts that are in dire need of some serious organization to ensure the efficiency of my daily tasks.
Requirement: We got a daily woking gmail for business, and we will need another different users has acces to this gmail account with using their own gmail(delegation) so we can work together. We also did the above settings in the target gmail account, but still the user can not see the access to the main Gmail in their own Gmail .
