My team and me need 1-3 German-speaking customer support agents for our online shops. We are running several brands and want to expand our current team. Furthermore, we have a network of other online shop owners that could also need a customer support agent.
You should...
* be able to speak & write in German fluently
* have been working with Shopify
* have a good internet connection
We already have some prepared scripts and flows for how to communicate with the customers and how to solve the different problems. We are always striving for a good customer support that keeps the refund rate as low as possible and increases the recurring customer rate.
