GSUITE email need to pass SPF and DKIM validation

OUR EMAILS SEEM LIKE SPAM, AND WE ARE GETTING THIS REPLY WHEN SENDING THE EMAILS:
-The response from the remote server was:
450 4.7.26 Service does not accept messages sent over IPv6 [2607:f8b0:4864:20::e36] unless they pass either SPF or DKIM validation (bad or invalid public-key record). AS(206) [PH0PR09MB7930.namprd09.prod.outlook.com] [BN6PR09CA0076.namprd09.prod.outlook.com] [BL0GCC02FT024.eop-gcc02.prod.protection.outlook.com]
