We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to enhance our existing website by building a job posting and application system with advanced features and third-party integrations.
Project Scope:
* Job Posting & Listing Screens
Create front-end job listing and job detail pages.
Implement search with filters (e.g., job type, location, experience level).
* Dynamic Job Post Content
Each job will have one dynamic section, editable per post.
All other sections will follow a standard format (we will provide templates).
* Resume Storage Integration
Automatically save applicant resumes to Microsoft OneDrive.
Files should be properly named and organized into job-specific folders.
* Data Export to Excel
Application form data must be captured and saved into Microsoft Excel, ideally via OneDrive or SharePoint.
* Email Notifications
After a user submits an application:
Confirmation email should be sent to the applicant.
A notification email (with form data and resume link) should be sent to the HR team.
* Admin Panel Features (wp-admin)
Page to view all application submissions.
Ability to create and manage job posting forms.
Support for managing the dynamic content section per job.
Each form has one unique section; the rest is copied from a standardized document (which we will provide).
Tech Setup:
Existing website is live and built on WordPress with Elementor.
Open to using premium plugins (e.g., WPForms, Forminator, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in building job post or application systems on WordPress.
Familiarity with OneDrive or SharePoint integration.
Strong knowledge of WordPress email handling and form plugins.
Ability to build clean, maintainable, and user-friendly interfaces.
