Formal Order-Status Email Replies
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an email-savvy assistant to manage order-status inquiries in our support inbox. Every message you send must keep a formal tone and give the customer a clear delivery estimation based on the latest tracking data.
Here’s what the work looks like:
• Check incoming emails for “Where is my order?” questions.
• Pull the tracking link from our dashboard and calculate the estimated delivery date.
• Reply using a concise, formal template that you’ll help refine during the first day.
• Flag anything outside basic delivery estimation—refunds, address issues, technical problems—so I can step in.
Tools we currently use: Gmail, a lightweight CRM, and standard courier tracking pages (USPS, FedEx, DHL). If you already know similar platforms, onboarding will be quick.
Deliverables for this engagement:
1. A polished response template covering standard order-status replies with delivery estimates.
2. Daily inbox zero on weekdays for one week (initial term).
3. A brief summary report of common questions and any edge cases you escalated.
Clear writing, reliable turnaround, and respect for our formal brand voice are essential. If that sounds like a fit, let’s get started.
