Fix WordPress Email & 401 Error
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
Emails from my WordPress store have stopped arriving altogether. Orders complete successfully, yet neither the customer nor I receive any notifications. The site relies on WP Mail SMTP for all outbound messages and, until now, it worked without issue.
At the same time, one specific page now returns a 401 error every time it is clicked—no security plugins such as Wordfence or Sucuri are active, so the cause is likely elsewhere (server permissions, .htaccess rules, mis-configured plugin, or theme conflict).
I need both problems resolved:
• Restore reliable order-related email delivery through WP Mail SMTP (test emails and real checkout emails).
• Eliminate the 401 error so the page loads normally for all users.
Please diagnose, apply fixes directly in WordPress, and confirm success with live tests. A brief summary of what you changed will be appreciated so I can keep future maintenance simple.
