Fix Woocommerce Website Functionality Issues

We are Plants To Go, an online plant store that ships houseplants, shrubs, and perennials across the country. A year ago, our online sales were starting to grow, but ongoing website issues have held us back and prevented us from getting back to that level. We’re looking for a reliable freelancer who can help us get the site functioning properly again.
We recently worked with another freelancer who has gone silent.who became unresponsive. We still have critical functionality that is broken.
Here’s what we need addressed:
- SMTP / Mailgun Email Issue (Still Not Working)
Emails are still not sending or being received
WooCommerce order emails are not coming through
Admin order copies are not arriving
Contact form / inquiry emails are not being delivered
WP Mail SMTP is still showing an error message
We need this fully corrected so all email notifications function reliably.
In addition the Interactive Zone Map (Delivered but NOT Live) We need the map fully functional so that when a user clicks their zone, it takes them to the plants we sell that grow well in that zone.
Free Shipping Message Removal The “Free shipping on orders over $100” message was removed on the backend but is still appearing on the shop banner. This needs to be fully removed from the live site.
Plugin Audit We need a complete audit of all plugins to ensure they are updated, functioning properly, and not causing conflicts.
We’re ready to move forward immediately and would appreciate an estimate or a work order so we can approve it and begin.
