Fix Gmail Spam Folder Issue
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our publishing company's outbound pitch emails to potential clients keep landing in Gmail’s spam folder. We have taken steps to fix this through Gmail and Bluehost, but it hasn't worked. Need someone who specializes in email deliverability to figure out the problem and get those messages into the primary inbox.
We've already tried eliminating links in the body of the emails and the signatures and this didn't seem to fix the issue.
Need a full audit of our current setup—SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS, sending domain reputation, and any Gmail-specific flags. Once you see what’s off, please outline exactly how to correct it, then implement (or walk me through) the fixes. A quick content and header review for spam-trigger words or formatting quirks is also essential, since these are cold outreach messages rather than newsletters or transactional mail.
If you have proven success rescuing Gmail campaigns from the spam folder, I’m ready to get started right away.
