My site and its web-mail went dark right after I tweaked a few DNS records, so I need a fresh set of expert eyes to straighten things out. Both the website and our email flow are currently affected. I did recently update the zone—just record edits, no provider switch—so the problem is almost certainly sitting in the A, MX, or related TXT entries.
