Export and import imap emails in outlook 2007

All inbox emails have been deleted by accident on an ipad, (the emails using an imap configuration). Then the bin was emptied so all those inbox emails are seemingly permanently deleted.
There is fortunately another computer running the same email address in outlook, which has been placed off line, and therefore didn't synch with the server. This computer still has the inbox emails on it. When trying to import the .pst files onto a third computer, only the emails load until 2020, which is when the email configurations changed from pop3 to imap. We need an outlook specialist to be able to retrieve the emails from the inbox of the off line computer, back into the mailbox of the imap inbox.
