Email problem support

I have a problem with my business email: All the emails sent to hotmail bounce. I can receive from hotmail but not to reply to any hotmail account. With any other email providers works fine, the problem is only with hotmail. I haven't find any solution.

I speak English / Spanish / Portuguese.
