Email migration from Microsoft 365 to google workspace

Hey,
Here are the project details for IT migration.
-Only one main domain needs to be migrated now (http://muttscantina.com/). The rest are already done. Will be godaddy to godaddy transfer for all domains.
-The member portal in this same domain (http://muttscantina.com/) is the most important and cannot be disrupted with any downtime. So please be extra cautious of this. Including any SSLs, certificates etc. that need to be migrated too.

-pls look into dual/split delivery options on Google Workspace for email etc. migration. No emails should bound or be lost during this migration.
-please note: client will not provide any access to any of their systems (including their GoDaddy, their outlook emails, admin accounts etc.) We only have access to our own Godaddy and other systems.
-Please note: we have to coordinate timings with the Mutts IT team, Google Workspace migration team etc. Mutts is suggesting doing migrations on a Mon/Tue night (Weekends are the busiest days in the restaurant/bar business and we cannot afford any issues on a Friday/Sat/Sunday…for example any DNS changes or transfer of ownership can impact the website or member portal.) There cannot be any downtime that impacts their business during the migration.
-They have created a test email for us with has one drive files, calendar invites, emails in inbox, word/excel files saved etc. So we can start and test with this email first.
