Email deliverability

I am looking for someone to help improve my email deliverability. We’re currently using GoDaddy ( migrated from Media Temple ) and three senders/customers are having difficulties with their deliverability to us. We have implemented email authentication methods such as SPF and DKIM, however senders with 3 domains are still experiencing Undeliverable messages when emailing us. Possible SMTP error / TLS cert failure.
Separately, we are seeking advise on how to be removed from a blocklist (UCEPROTECT - Level 3).
Given our current issues, I am looking for an expert in email deliverability to come in and review our system and identify any improvement opportunities.
