Note this is not for marketing emails. I need to emailing automated. Below is the process that I need done.
1. Email comes with special code telling category of email in the subject or in body of the text.
2. We have pre built list of emails to whom the email has to be forwarded based on the code that was mentioned.
3. The email is forwarded to the email list after removal of the previous sender's details.
4. Email is received from anyone of the mail list person. In the email there is a code that defines a set of steps based on that either another person would be sent that mail with removal of sender details or everyone else in the list will be sent a mail.
5. There are keywords that are used for this communication automation.
The overall objective of the thing is to automate the allocation of projects sent by customer care to team of freelancers and then freelancers booking the project without either parties finding out each other's email id. After this any reminders, updates, submissions and queries are also automated.
