Email Server Management Services

I am looking for a Technical Expert who has complete knowledge to manage and build Email Server from scratch. He/She should be able to install Email applications on Servers like (Mailwizz Email Application) and configure PMTA for the Delivery engine. He/She should have good knowledge of IP Reputation and Domain Reputation and should know the tips and tricks to get emails delivered in the Inbox of Gmail and Yahoo. The email delivery volume will be in millions per day so the technical knowledge of how to email server works is very important.
