Email PDF Conversion Audit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a batch of emails in mixed formats—some plain-text, many HTML, and several with attachments—that must be turned into neatly packaged PDFs. Every message (and any attached PDFs) needs to land in PDF-files that you name after the payment amount and purchase date.
After conversion, cross-check your filenames against the master list I supply, confirm each entry is present, and flag anything missing or mismatched. I only consider the task complete when I receive:
• A folder of correctly named PDF files, each containing the full email body plus its PDF attachments
• A concise verification report noting any gaps or discrepancies you uncovered
Accuracy and attention to detail matter more than speed. You will send small batches of PDFs in the beginning for validation. When everything runs smoothly, bigger and bigger batches will be processed.
In total we are talking about around 300 emails, most with attachments (some with multiple attachments) and another 300 attachments, most in pdf but none in the correct naming format.
