Email Migration: POP to IMAP

We have 12 different email accounts and thousands of emails on various windows email applications such as Outlook, Thunderbird, TheBat, Mailspring etc. We want to move selected emails to a new server with IMAP protocol. How do we save all the pop emails from all the different devices and add them to the new IMAP accounts ??
