Email & Marketing System SetUp

Note: I'm looking for someone to assist with this setup for now, with the potential for more work as my business grows.

I need help setting up business email accounts and an email marketing system for my online store. Right now, I have only purchased a domain from Dynadot, but I need professional emails like:
? contact @ companyname .com
? promotions @ companyname. com
? no-reply @ companyname .com

I also want to send marketing emails & automations (like welcome emails and promotions) using a budget-friendly tool.

Scope of Work:
✅ Set up business email hosting (Zoho Mail, Namecheap Email, or Google Workspace)
✅ Configure DNS settings on Dynadot (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent spam issues
✅ Integrate an email marketing tool . preferred klaviyo
✅ Set up basic email templates (welcome emails, order confirmation, newsletter)
✅ Proper handover after project completion.
✅ Guide me on how to use the system after setup
(Note: I am not looking for setting up the email automations and campaigns for now. That will be the next step. )

Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Has experience with email setup & authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
✔️ Knows how to integrate business emails with email marketing platforms
✔️ Can recommend affordable/free tools
✔️ (Bonus) Experience with Shopify platforms
