Juice Promotions is a leading supplier of merchandise and uses a direct email marketing campaign as part of its communication strategy to entice new clients. We are finding that open and reply rates are very low and after looking at several test scores from independents email health check websites, our scores could substantially improve.

We have a number of email addresses that we send from and we would like to have our emails go to an inbox rather than to spam. Maybe having DKLM and SPF on our email is needed?
We are looking for someone to give us advice on our current sequences which we handle through outreach and a Gmail server as well as Sendgrid. We would also like a revision of the content found in those emails to ensure deliverability success.
