Email Handling Company/Team

I am looking for a company or team of experienced email handling professionals to help us manage our emails. The emails will include both incoming and outgoing, and the team needs to be able to handle either pre-made templates or write from scratch depending on the situation. We don't have a set number of emails that need to be handled per day as it will depend on the emails we receive - up to 10, 11 to 20, and more than 20 emails on certain days. Therefore, the email handling team must be organized and capable of handling a lot of emails with different requirements. The team should also be knowledgeable about various software and tools necessary to manage emails in the most efficient way.
