Domain Spoofed - Getting Blocked eMails by Goggle

Someone is spoofing our domain and sending out spam.
As such, we are getting blocked by google.

We have a dedicated Linux server and we use Postfix / dovecot.
We need to know what our options are, and what the best solution is.
