I am looking for an enthusiastic customer technical support freelancer to provide support to our clients. Our particular needs require the expert to provide customer technical support via mail or videocall.
No specific software or tools are required, as this support role does not necessary require knowledge in any particular software. No previous experience is needed
The expected amount of hours of technical support will not exceed 10 hours per week. 2 hour per day aprox. Availability during regular business hours is a must (Spain).
Native level of spanish is needed.
