Customer service in Japan [400-600USD/month]

Dear Freelancers,
As a world-renowned jewellery company, we are looking for a customer service representative to care for our customers in Japan, major cities like Tokyo will be preferred.
Living in major cities will be prefered but is not a must.
The main missions are:
1. Receive phone calls during business hours, able to work at extra time and on weekends if necessary.
2. Email, text and chat with clients. (Candidate available outside of business hours is preferred).
The company will reimburse all expenses related to the job. We offer you a responsible and enriching part-time work experience.
We hope our Customer Service Department to be highly responsive to our clients via email, phone calls and messages.
Appreciated but not required, availability to meet with customers in a major city
Job Duration: Long-term
Work Start: Immediately
Hourly Salary: USD 20-25/hour(negotiable)
