Create & send 200 emails/week for 30 weeks.

We need a total of about 5000 [all basically the same] emails to go to our selected list of Human Resouce [HR] VPs [each VP is at a different large U.S.A. company . These [HR/VP] emails will go out at a rate of about 20 per week AND, in addition to this, to go out now to a total of about 20 embassies [all in DC]. We will supply all the email content. You will supply the HR/VP names and email addresses from standard on line directories.
