Correcting Interspire XM_RECPTID Format Issue

I'm currently dealing with a problem on my Interspire email marketing system where the XM_RECPTID on spammy message headers is incorrectly formatted.
The main issue is that all incoming emails are identified as spammy messages by SpamAssassin because of the incorrect XM_RECPTID formatting.
IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD HAVE A COPY OF INTERSPIRE 6.X TO FIX THAT. WE ONLY NEED THE MODIFIED FILE. WE WILL APPLY THE FIX TO OUR VERSION.
