Consultant for IP Blacklisting Issues

I'm looking for assistance resolving IP blacklisting issues affecting email deliverability from my Plesk server. I am planning to redirect the DNS of my website from my existing production server to a new upgraded server with the IP address xxx. I see this IP address is on the Barracuda blacklist. It is greenlisted on all other tools like Spamhaus and MXToolbox. I would like to get it delisted from Barracuda before I redirect the DNS. I see the mechanism on the Barracuda website for submitting a delisting request, but I want to make sure I word my request correctly so it doesn't get ignored or rejected.
