Consolidate Duplicating Outlook Calendars
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Each member of my team now shows up with as many as five separate Outlook calendars and the result is a mess of duplicate events. The core problem is syncing—events continually copy themselves across the extra calendars rather than updating just once.
So far I have:
• Reconfigured the account settings for everyone
• Brought every desktop and laptop up to the latest Outlook build
None of this has stopped the duplication.
I need an Outlook-savvy professional to:
1. Identify why additional calendars are created for each user.
2. Remove or merge the extras without losing existing appointments.
3. Configure one shared calendar that syncs cleanly for every staff member on all devices.
4. Prove stability by running a short test period and supplying a brief hand-off note so we can maintain the setup ourselves.
A quick remote session is fine as long as data integrity is protected. Once the single shared calendar updates reliably across profiles, mobiles, and desktops, the task is complete.
