Your core mission will be to give every shopper a smooth, friendly experience—from answering pre-sale questions and troubleshooting order issues to following up on returns or feedback.
Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• Monitor the shared support inbox during agreed-upon hours, respond in a warm, brand-consistent tone, and tag anything that needs my personal review.
• Keep response times tight; I aim for under 4 hours on business days.
• Maintain clear, dated conversation notes so we can track patterns and refine our FAQ.
We already have templates and a knowledge base you can lean on, but I’m counting on your initiative to refine them as new questions pop up. Familiarity with common help-desk tools (Gmail, Zendesk, or similar) will make onboarding quicker, yet I’m happy to train the right person. Consistent, error-free English is a must, and a calm, problem-solving mindset will make you a star with our customers.
