Collect Refrigeration Quotes Maharashtra
Budget: $20 – $50 USD
I will share two things with you at kickoff: a list of refrigeration equipment models and a roster of suppliers based in Maharashtra. Your task is to phone call each supplier, request their current offer for every item on the list, and keep the conversation going until you receive a clear answer or confirm that no quote is forthcoming.
All replies must come to the dedicated email address I provide, and every figure needs to be captured in a spreadsheet. For each equipment model you will record three fields—price, warranty details, and present availability—exactly as they are stated by the supplier.
Deliverables
• One spreadsheet containing a row for every item–supplier pair, filled with price, warranty period / terms, and in-stock status.
• A folder (or .zip) of the full email thread for each supplier so I can verify the source of every quote.
I will supply an email template, the spreadsheet shell, and my preferred naming convention; you just follow up, log the data, and send me the completed files.
