Australian Personal & Business Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I run a growing Australian-based e-commerce operation and my day is now split between keeping the store humming and juggling everyday personal to-dos. I’m looking for a proactive assistant who can lighten that load so I can stay focused on strategy and growth.
On the business side, you’ll step into whatever the e-commerce workflow needs on a given day—answering customer questions with a friendly, brand-aligned tone, chasing up suppliers, processing or tracking orders through the platform we use (Shopify) and the usual email admin that keeps things moving. If you’re already comfortable with basic inventory checks, refund procedures and simple reporting in Excel or Google Sheets, that’s a bonus I’ll put to immediate use.
Away from the store, I also need a hand with general personal errands: booking medical or service appointments, arranging occasional grocery or gift deliveries, and keeping an eye on my calendar so clashes don’t happen. Most of this can be handled remotely, but being in Australia means you’ll understand local time zones, service providers and courier cut-off times, which saves endless back-and-forth.
We’ll start with clearly defined daily or weekly tasks in a shared Trello board so expectations are transparent. As trust builds, I’m happy to expand your remit and hours. Strong written English, solid internet connection, and the confidence to flag issues early are must-haves. If that sounds like you, let’s talk and set up a short paid trial to make sure the fit is right.
