Aspiring Coach Needs Proactive Executive Assistant

I'm an aspiring business coach seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to help manage my professional life. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing emails, social media, scheduling, travel, data entry, CRM, and project management.

I am looking for what I would describe as my first EA/PA who will help streamline my operations and quickly become the first line of operations for the business.
The tasks I envisage you will be responsible for are:-
-Email management - corresponding to basic emails about services/charges
- Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter) including corresponding with designer to get design assets and scheduling social media posts, some responsibility to come up with fresh ideas for content.
-Web Research - as required.
- Scheduling meetings
- Calendar management
- Travel planning
- Data Entry - MS Excel, data cleaning
- CRM Management (Hubspot) Updating our own and setting up Hubspot for new clients
- Project Management, First line responsibility for completion of tasks corresponding with other freelancers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Digital Marketing, if you have proven experience then great I can do with assistance on - Google Ads, SEO, Backlinks
- Email marketing (Mailerlite) and setting up Mailerlite for new clients.
- Responsibility for growing Virtual Support and Affiliate side of business (E-commerce)
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent Communication: You need to articulate well in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You should be able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Self Motivated: I value initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Project Management: Prior experience in project management is a plus.
- Email Management: Previous experience managing emails for a professional is preferred.
