UK Appointment Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Each weekday I need precisely one hour of dependable help—30 minutes at the start of the UK workday and another 30 minutes mid-afternoon.
During those windows you will:
• Open my Outlook Calendar, confirm any new client bookings, and slot fresh appointments exactly where I indicate, avoiding clashes.
• Immediately email the relevant agreement document to the client just booked, using the templates I supply, and note the action in the appointment.
• Flag any gaps, double-bookings, or unanswered client queries so I can act on them before day-end.
All contact is with clients, so clear written English, a professional tone, and strict confidentiality are essential. The workflow is straightforward—review calendar, send agreements, log what you did—and should comfortably fit the two daily 30-minute sessions.
If you are organised, detail-minded, and already comfortable navigating Outlook Calendar and client email threads, this will be a smooth ongoing arrangement.
