Advertising Product Sourcing Assistant

I need an organized assistant to communicate with advertising product producers via email. Your tasks will include:

- Requesting mockups
- Getting prices
- Inquiring about production timelines
- Compiling all information into comprehensive offers

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in handling email correspondence
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

I need someone to work remotely to get prices, mockups for advertising products.
Then create Drafts to send to clients that includes the prices, calculated in a special formula we provide.

You will use helpscout to read the messages from clients (use chat gpt to translate) and we provide list of our suppliers that you communicate in english with.

Then you get prices, solutions and mockups and create emails in the local language in draft (use translator) showing the mockups an prices (from the calculator)

We then read over to make sure all is good and then send.


We might have 1-3 offers like this per day, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Work on each offer should not take more than 1 hours or so
This is mostly communication with the suppliers and then calculating the prices.
The text then becomes very standard over time.
