Add an email account. I get an error message although it is active in Outlook.com and on my iPhone. - 18/09/2025 14:27 EDT

I am having issues creating a new email account in MS Outlook 365 on a Mac. I successfully added it to my Outlook online account and my iPhone. I have used this account before but deleted it last year. when I try to create it as a new email account, I get the error code “Something went wrong. [49dvs]”.
