setting up email server (stand alone)

hello everyone
i am looking for someone to help me setting up a stand alone email server including mx records and other important stuff
i suggest to use
Postfix as a (backend)
and with ui is Mailcow (frontend)
but if you have better alternativs please share

i am looking for fast execution of the project so i only need experts
this should be including the best hosting suggested plan
Only open source tools
