mail server like O365

Hi, I need a mail server like O365, we must be able to set up email accounts and enforce excellent password policies on Android devices. This mail solution should offer an excellent security and management capabilities. Our IT Administrators must be trained on the use and be able to reset passwords, etc. All devices must be in sync, sent items on my phone must be same as sent items on my mac/windows laptop.
