Need a second opinion in a fabricated email
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
On an Affidavit, an EXHIBIT "B" was submitted.
It was admitted as a photocopy of an email
It is not certified by an official certifier as a true copy of an original email
It is not produced as a . EML data email.
I need just a written opinion to cast doubt so that a Judge can order an investigation.
It does not have to be extensive just a doubt.
On discovery, we have found that there is no header with this date
On discovery, the meeting exists.
Like I mention I have tried to do the same as EXHIBIT "B" it does not work as an attachment, neither a copy and paste onto an email.
My opinion is that he physically took scissors and paste them on a fabricated email header copy this fabricated email and submitted it as evidence as EXHIBIT "B"
