Migration from Gmail to Ionos

We bought a domain on ionos.com 10 years ago. Since the first day we connected our domain with Gmail so we could use Gmail's interface. However, Gmail is a paid service for companies now, so we would like to use our free e-mail accounts from Ionos. Could you help us with the migration from Gmail to Ionos so we do not miss our old e-mails AND we receive all our new e-mails on Ionos. We are using 4.5GB of Space.
