Internal Email Automation Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We use a single email address for all customer queries. These emails must forward to various departments based on specific keywords by removing email id and contact details.
Customer mail ------ Central Mail
From To Research & CC Concern depts based on the queries.
Research must collect all Acknowledged mails in an abstract to get review from VP.
VP will review all the Acknowledged mails. If any changes are required, responses will keep on hold to discuss internally.
VP Reviewed mails collect in abstract for CEO Review.
After CEO review send to Central mail.
From Central Mail to Customers.
End of the day Central, Research, QA, VP, CEO must get the report

We need dashboard like if we click on the number of pending – it must show which mail is pending.
In a single mail we get 10 queries. For that query, concern department will respond to 5 queries and remaining must mark as pending or dues based on the query.
Courier shipments tracking means we are sending courier to customer so it should be tracked.
