Help setting up Google Workspace for Nonprofits

I am looking for someone to help me set up Google Workspace for my nonprofit organization. I specifically need assistance with setting up Gmail, as it is essential for our communication needs.
There may be some existing data or accounts that need to be migrated to Google Workspace, so experience with data migration would be beneficial.
In terms of features and customizations, a standard setup would be sufficient for our needs. We are open to suggestions, but we do not have any specific requirements in mind.

I have changed the MX on our domain, but if you see the image below. This is as far as I can go. When I try to go to the workspace, I can't login. I'm lost. I really need to setup the workspace and an info@ email ASAP
