Formatting Gmail account for sending attractive emails

But I'm having issues in the settings up Google platforms. I figured the best way to work with someone which will lead to other assistant projects I will need help with, but trust has to be built; so screen sharing would be the idea safe wait for me. i do have a web site NAACP.Biz Which you may have a better idea
