Fix an email problem
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I use Zoho Webmail platform connected to my website domain (GoDaddy / IONOS Hosting).
Currently, my email does not work.
I have received the following alerts on my webmail platform:
(1) "The MX Records of your domain(s) {dnames} are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho"
(2) "SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho. Configure SPF for better email deliverability."
I need an IT support expert to help me fix this.
We will work online. I will provide access to all required plaforms.
