Emails for my client do not work via Gmail

I have an issue with my client's email account which is on Gmail, he is unable to send or receive emails and it comes up with the following messages attached.
If you are able to fix this please quote "Gmail fix" and answer the following questions.
1) How long will it take to fix the issue?
2) Can you complete for $20?
3) What will you need to complete the work?
