We own the domain, www.ilovemylender.com, IP address 159.112.252.193. We have been through several carriers and watch the IP and domain black list reports closely to make sure they are both clear.
No matter what we have done we either end up in spam or trash in Gmail mostly but also Yahoo, etc. Even several vendors who sell us products, when we reply to their message in Outlook we end up in their spam. We deliver messages through Outlook 2016 and also through MailGun. We had been using MailChimp in the past and had a static IP through both services. Seems through Outlook or either service we still get tagged spam.
We have a group of clients that receive email from us on a weekly basis. There is a clear link to opt out if they wish. Some others have requested daily mortgage rate updates from us and have been, some since Feb 2020. Occasionally one of them will opt out and others opt in.
We need to fix whatever issues the mail carriers have with our domain. If you and/or your team have experience with email delivery issues, please respond with a brief summary of the steps you would take, a range of time to clear our domain, and what you would charge for your services.
