Email marketing to know target customer's location

So I want to know my client's IP by sending them an image (not link) for email marketing purpose. NOT using 3 rd app like email tracker etc, it doesn't work because google has blocked it. I need you create that email and send them to me so I can edit my content and forward it.

Before we start the task, I need you tell me my location. (my profile here shows the wrong location)
